Our Services

Personal Training Assessment
What to expect in your initial assessment: we will discuss past health and exercise history, past injuries and current wellness habits. I will look at basic movement patterns and explain what I am observing, while teaching the "why". Then, we will set a realistic plan for exercise, based on your goals and availability. Initial evaluation is no cost to you.

One-On-One Training
One-on-one training sessions are fully customized to fit your needs, skill level and goals. We will account for your unique abilities, stress levels and pain points to prescribe the appropriate dose of strength and correctional exercise training. My clients learn the skill of weight training and how to apply proper movement in daily life. This results in reduced incidence of injury and pain, all while getting stronger and feeling more empowered and confident during movement.

Small Group Sessions
My small group sessions aim to keep the comradery alive, by combining the idea of group workouts with the intimacy of personal coaching. My clients are surrounded by their friends in a group small enough to place individual focus on improving form, skill and confidence. This is also a budget-friendly answer to training, as the participants only pay $10 for their spot. I am currently serving members of Alvord Community Center and buddy sessions in my gym in Alvord. Doon Community Center pending.

Strong Kids Class
The Strong Kids class is open to pre-school aged children, 2-4 years old. We will practice appropriate exercise through play, channeling their energy into developing a positive relationship with movement. They will also learn nutrition, by understanding "food that God makes" and "food that scientists make" to nurture intentional eating habits. Caretakers can choose to play with their child or take advantage of the fitness center for themselves. Cost is $5 per child, per session.

Personalized Workout Plans
The personalized workout plan is for the person in need of written programming to follow on their own. I will perform an assessment, then provide two months' worth of programming, based on client goals and assessment findings. We will meet at the start of each month for an overview of the workouts and address any questions and concerns for the weeks ahead. I will also provide images and materials for each movement to assist in proper execution. All of this for the cost of $80

Nutrition
Nutrition can mean the difference between thriving and surviving. I am here to help navigate the mental, behavioral and physical challenges that nutrition can present. Yes, food is fuel and consists of calories and macros, but that is only part of what we will work on. Food is about connection and nostalgia and enjoyment. I will aim to teach you how to feed your body with freedom and flexibility to find success beyond the numbers. $20/month with personal training or $50/month as a lone service
