Welcome to kdjstrengthtraining.com, where we shatter stigmas and unveil half-truths that have been used to sell the concept fitness for decades. I believe we cannot hate our bodies into better health, as our bodies are simply a reflection of our actions and habits. I also believe we can no longer allow the scale to dictate our happiness. If you feel better, sleep better and move better, you are better.

Your body is a brilliant, adaptation machine. The best way to elicit change is to send specific signals based on your goals. We will send the appropriate signals to trigger the adaptations that are necessary to achieve your goals.
